Job summary

First American is hiring a Commercial Title Officer in Atlanta to support title searches, transaction analysis, and coordination of the commercial title process. This role requires 3-5 years of commercial title experience, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of commercial title related experience preferred.
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfort with MS Office and new software tools.

Responsibilities

• Price commitments, endorsements, policies and guarantees using fee schedules.
• Review deeds, operating agreements, and resolutions.
• Coordinate title commitments and tax updates.
• Assemble recording and transfer tax information and quotes.
• Prepare and revise title commitments and endorsements.
• Issue final title policies following underwriting guidelines.
