Responsibilities

• Coordinate escrow and closing activities for commercial real estate transactions, including complex multi-property and multi-state closings.
• Prepare complex commercial closing statements and disburse funds accurately.
• Conduct closings with customers, real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other parties.
• Review and apply title, escrow, and settlement requirements.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies; support adherence by involved parties.
• Manage multiple transactions and priorities to meet deadlines.
