You will coordinate the escrow side of commercial real estate transactions, managing orders, funds, settlement statements, and related activities while working with underwriters, attorneys, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in real estate closings or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in real estate closings, loan processing, or commercial title insurance underwriting.
Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial escrow transactions from order setup through final disbursement.
Manage commercial escrow emails and respond to inquiries.
Prepare, review, and edit commercial settlement statements.
Receive, process, and disburse escrow funds.
Monitor deadlines, generate tracking reports, and ensure timely closings.
Coordinate with Underwriters to prepare for closings.
Perform electronic document recordings (e-recordings).
Review ledger items and assist with monthly reporting and aging files.
Assist with daily bank deposits and resolve escrow disbursement issues.
