Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret purchase agreements and closing documents.
• Experience with SoftPro escrow software platforms preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value transactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transaction management software.
• National commercial title company experience; multi-state closings, construction lending, REITs, and 1031 exchanges.

Responsibilities
