Job summary

Eden Capital Careers in Milford, CT is seeking a Project Manager experienced with Commercial Electrical projects to lead day-to-day management for jobs from $300K to $4M and assist in estimating for smaller projects and change orders. This hands-on role requires field savvy and the ability to manage multiple active jobs across CT.

The position is 60% office-based and 40% on job sites, reporting to the Head of Construction. OSHA 30 certification and CT E-2 license preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred; E-2 license in CT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of commercial/electrical projects ranging from $300K to $4M across CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients and vendors for timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings; visit sites regularly (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
