Qualifications

• Required experience with cold-form metal framing (CFMF) and non-structural metal framing.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in commercial interior specialty work.
• Experience in healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial drywall and interior framing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Hold the budget and schedule across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor crews and manage materials flow.
