Advastar, Inc. | Recruiting & Staffing is hiring an Interior Project Manager for its Savannah, GA area office. You’ll manage commercial drywall and interior framing projects from pre-construction to closeout, coordinating subcontractors, budgets, and schedules across multiple active projects.

The role offers high autonomy with a path to office leadership. Preferred candidates have 3–7 years in commercial interior PM, experience with CFMF/non-structural framing, and are comfortable in a non-union

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience in commercial interior specialty work.
• Cold-form metal framing (CFMF) and non-structural metal framing experience.
• Healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality commercial construction PM background.
• Non-union, subcontracted-labor environment experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a meaningful advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial drywall and interior framing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Hold the budget and schedule across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material flowing to the floor.
• Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings.
• Catch quality misses before the owner does, and keep subs positioned for success.

Job description

A growing interior specialty contractor with an established Southeast presence is hiring an Interior Project Manager for its Savannah, GA area office. The company runs commercial work across healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality, weighted toward new construction with some renovation. The Savannah office manages $20M+ in annual contracts and is expanding. This is a high-autonomy seat with a direct path to office leadership - the company opens new branches regularly and promotes from within.

• Anticipated $100,000-$120,000+, based on experience
• Performance-based bonus - can be substantial based on project and company profitability
• Monthly vehicle allowance ($600-$800)

Overview:

• Run commercial drywall and interior framing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Hold the budget and schedule across multiple active projects at once
• Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material flowing to the floor
• Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings
• Catch quality misses before the owner does, and keep subs in a position to succeed
• Report directly to regional office leadership

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Cold-form metal framing (CFMF) and non-structural metal framing experience - required
• Commercial construction PM background - healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality
• 3-7 years of project management experience in commercial interior specialty work
• Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment (piecework / per-board / per-square-foot crews)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
• Interest in future branch leadership
