Boutique Recruiting in Acworth, GA seeks a Commercial Drywall Project Manager to own large-scale commercial drywall and framing projects typically valued at $3M–$5M+. This senior role combines office leadership with periodic field visits to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has direct experience with commercial drywall subcontractors and a strong grasp of budgeting, change orders, and profitability, while building strong GC and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial drywall contractor.
• Direct experience with commercial drywall subcontracting and metal framing.
• Experience managing large projects valued at $3M–$5M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial drywall and metal framing projects from start to closeout.
• Manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and cost/schedule impacts.
• Oversee buyout, vendor negotiations, material procurement, and field coordination.
• Own project financial performance including budgeting, billing, change orders, and profitability.
• Collaborate with GCs, owners, architects, and field teams to keep projects on track.
• Attend coordination meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
