• Proficiency in OST and QuickBid is essential.
• Background in drywall or interior framing estimating.

Responsibilities

• Own the pre-construction cycle including site surveys and bid assembly.
• Review plans and develop accurate estimates.
• Attend site walks for renovation and new construction bids.
