Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys working with a team we consider family. We seek top talent in the construction industry who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready for new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Assist a Project Manager on large jobs
• Manage contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and other aspects of contract management
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications
• Review contracts and keep projects on target
• Manage labor and materials
• Order and track materials
• Interpret and submit RFI’s and manage changes to drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Develop submittal packages per contract specifications
• Perform accurate takeoffs and establish budgets
• Monitor and maintain project schedules to meet or beat deadlines
• Attend to daily field needs to maximize production
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Experience:

• Background in Commercial Drywall Construction
• Excellent communication skills: in-person, verbal, and written
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
• Growth mindset: team learner and leader
• Dedicated to customer service with an outgoing and likable attitude
• Computer and technology proficiency
