Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to thrive in a challenging work environment, working with a team we consider family. We seek top talent in the construction industry who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready for new challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist a Project Manager on large jobs
  • Handle contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and contract management
  • Read blueprints and interpret specifications
  • Review contracts and keep projects on track
  • Manage labor and materials
  • Order and track materials
  • Interpret and submit RFIs and manage changes to drawings, specifications, and scope
  • Develop submittal packages per contract specifications
  • Perform accurate takeoffs and establish budgets
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
  • Address daily field needs to maximize production
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements/Experience:
  • Background in Commercial Drywall Construction
  • Excellent communication skills: in-person, verbal, and written
  • Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
  • Growth mindset: team learner and leader
  • Customer service-oriented, outgoing, and personable
  • Computer and technology proficient
