Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist a Project Manager on large projects
• Prepare contracts, coordinate on-site activities, ensure quality control, and manage contract aspects
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications
• Review contracts and keep projects on target
• Manage labor and materials
• Order and track materials
• Interpret and submit RFIs and manage changes to drawings, specifications, or scope of work
• Develop submittal packages per contract specifications
• Perform accurate takeoffs and establish budgets
• Monitor and maintain project schedules to meet or beat deadlines
• Address daily field needs to maximize production
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Experience:

• Background in Commercial Drywall Construction
• Strong communication skills: in-person, verbal, and written
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
