Job summary

Daniels Health is hiring a customer-focused Class B driver to operate a 26 ft box truck in Walton, KY. You will collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare locations and deliver service with a high level of customer care.

Role requires a clean driving record, DOT medical card, and 3+ years of 26 ft truck experience; strong emphasis on safety, DOT compliance, and reliable schedule adherence."

Qualifications

• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 ft box truck.
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Proven longevity in past employment.
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B license and experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Walton, KY area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

What will your job involve?

• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!

What are we looking for?

• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
