Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial door work experience.
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Computer literate; Microsoft Office proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop or apply DH Pace estimating processes and use estimating software.
• Gain knowledge of door products, features, and pricing variances.
• Educate sales team on options to aid customers and project outcomes.
• Prepare quotes, scope, material lists, and product selections for cost estimates.
• Draft clear proposals for review and manager approval before customer sharing.
• Build relationships with vendors and contacts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
