Qualifications

• Two years or more in commercial door/dock work or construction estimating.
• Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs is highly desired.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply DH Pace estimating processes and software.
• Understand door and dock product options and pricing.
• Learn Core Product Lines, Vendors, and Labor Standards.
• Educate sales team on product options to support sales.
• Generate accurate project cost estimates and bids.
• Prepare complex proposals for manager review.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
