Job summary

TruStile is hiring a Commercial Door Pre-Production Specialist to detail small to large commercial door projects and prepare them for order entry and production. You will work with a close-knit commercial customer service and account management team to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will use AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools, coordinate with manufacturing, and support estimating and quality control.

Qualifications

2+ years in a customer service role such as Account Management or Order Coordination.
2+ years in technical order writing or similar.
Proficiency with AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software preferred.
Experience interfacing with manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Order preparation and order entry using a web-based configurator and drawing program.
Coordinate order technical details like door and hardware machining requirements.
Assist in account management from PO receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with management to release orders on time for delivery.
Learn product knowledge such as door construction, fire listings, and environmental compliance.
Interact with customers to ensure accurate details and placement.
Engage with quality to verify written orders against provided information.
Assist with estimating, customer service, and internal QC processes.
