• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and satisfy customers.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and collaborate with front-line managers to improve results.
• Improve field team performance through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
