Overhead Door Company of Des Moines, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Install Manager in Des Moines, IA.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department and lead a team to meet customer commitments. The role requires strong managerial and leadership skills, the ability to plan schedules, manage labor costs, and coordinate dispatching and project management to ensure successful installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience managing personnel.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
