DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Door Installer in Des Moines, IA. You will install a variety of commercial doors and related hardware, and ensure installations meet safety standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial doors including sectional doors, rolling steel doors, and specialty doors.
• Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve installation goals and deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
• Document and report installation activities and site conditions.
