Job summary

GE Vernova’s Commercial Development Program (CDP) is a two-year, four-rotation program designed to develop commercial domain expertise within GE Vernova’s Gas Power, Wind, Nuclear, or Grid Solutions businesses. You’ll rotate every six months, participate in a rigorous training curriculum, and contribute to market analysis, pricing, and sales support initiatives.

Program members work with Commercial Teams to support growth strategies, engage customers, and lead projects while receiving mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant science required.
Intern/co-op or up to 2 years post-university work experience in sales, sales support, or marketing in energy preferred.
Strong interest in the energy industry is essential.
English fluency (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel for business and geographic flexibility for rotations.

Responsibilities

Support development of the overall business growth strategy including market analysis and opportunities.
Assist in developing sales strategies for targeted clients and understand core markets.
Collaborate with Proposal team to develop and compile proposals.
Participate in or lead projects and activities outside rotations.
Receive mentoring and coaching from senior management.
