GE Vernova, Inc. invites highly motivated graduates to join the Commercial Development Program (CDP), a two-year rotational program across its Gas Power, Wind, Grid Solutions, or Nuclear businesses.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in commercial operations, pricing, marketing, and sales support while engaging with senior leaders and mentors. Participants rotate through multiple business areas, receive world-class training, and work on projects that drive market growth and shareholder value.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Business acumen with ability to motivate others.

Responsabilidades

• Complete four 6-month rotations across GE Vernova businesses (Gas Power, Wind, Nuclear or Grid Solutions).
• Support market analysis, sales strategy, proposals, pricing, customer engagement and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to define sales strategy for targeted clients and to analyze core markets.
• Partner with the Proposal team to develop and compile proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in managing and negotiating commercial and contractual risk in the ITO process.
• Contribute to risk and opportunities analyses and mitigation plans with sales teams.
