Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Commercial Danaher Business System Leader (DBS) for the Americas. The role partners with regional sales leadership to apply DBS capabilities and drive data-driven decisions. On-site preference in four U.S. locations; remote options may be considered.

Responsibilities include leading DBS events, certifying DBS tool usage, and advancing DBS fundamentals across the Commercial Organization, with travel up to 35% in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in sales, sales management, sales operations, or similar role OR equivalent time in a position dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Certified Practitioner status in one or more DBS tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern Regional Commercial Kaizen & Problem-Solving Funnels.
• Manage DBS Certification Pipeline across Americas region.
• Teach DBS and nurture DBS culture within the Commercial Org.
