Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in a business analysis or process leadership role with hands-on enterprise systems leadership.
• Experience building and managing a team and delivering data/insights through CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enable commercial segment strategies through Salesforce CRM to track sales activity and grow client relationships.
• Deliver actionable opportunities to acquire and deepen relationships via behavioral insights in sales platforms.
• Drive business ownership and capability development of Salesforce CRM.
• Partner with commercial and data teams to improve data integrity and build a full-relationship view.
• Develop new data sources and measurement capabilities to increase sales effectiveness.
• Build and lead a team of high-performing business analysts and develop talent.
