Job summary

K-Recruiting Life Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented Membership Coordinator to manage GPO/IDN contract memberships and onboarding requests in a hybrid Pennsylvania role. You will validate customer attributes (COT, DEA, HIN), support distributor communications, and monitor pricing, rebates, and potential discrepancies using Model N data to ensure contract compliance.

Strong Excel skills and ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Experience with Model N contract and membership management.
• Direct experience managing GPO, IDN, and Specialty Pharmacy contract memberships.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial contracting, customer eligibility validation, and distributor operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent amount of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding customer service skills for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
