Job summary

Advanced Group is seeking a skilled professional to support pharmaceutical commercial contracting and membership administration in a fast-paced environment. You will manage GPO/IDN memberships, onboarding, and eligibility checks while ensuring contract terms are followed and data remains accurate.

The role requires hands-on experience with Model N and strong Excel skills. You will interact with multiple stakeholder groups, including distributors and specialty pharmacies, to maintain compliant

• Direct experience managing GPO, IDN, and Specialty Pharmacy contract memberships.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial contracting and customer eligibility validation.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Manage GPO and IDN customer membership additions, removals, and eligibility validation.
• Support membership onboarding and contract participation requests for GPOs, IDNs, Specialty Pharmacies, and other segments.
• Validate and maintain customer attributes (COT, DEA identifiers, HIN).
• Support distributor membership communications and EDI membership transmissions.
• Monitor membership disconnects, pricing discrepancies, and credit/rebill activity.
• Review contract compliance and membership activity using Model N data.

Position Overview

Support pharmaceutical commercial contracting operations through customer membership management, contract participation administration, eligibility validation, and contract compliance analysis. This role requires hands-on experience with Model N and direct involvement in GPO, IDN, Specialty Pharmacy, and distributor membership processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GPO and IDN customer membership additions, removals, and eligibility validation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved contract terms.
• Support membership onboarding and contract participation requests for GPOs, IDNs, Specialty Pharmacies, and other customer segments.
• Validate and maintain customer attributes, including:
  • Class of Trade (COT)
  • DEA identifiers
  • HIN identifiers
• Support distributor membership communications and EDI membership transmissions.
• Monitor membership disconnects, pricing discrepancies, and credit/rebill activity.
• Utilize Model N data to review contract compliance and membership activity.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Model N contract and membership management.
• Direct experience managing:
  • GPO contract memberships
  • IDN contract participation and eligibility
  • Specialty Pharmacy contract memberships
• Strong understanding of:
  • Pharmaceutical commercial contracting
  • Customer eligibility validation
  • Distributor operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced Excel skills, including:
  • VLOOKUPs
  • Pivot Tables
  • Complex formulas
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
