Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a Retail Credit Analyst to analyze and structure financing opportunities for a broad range of commercial customers. You will work with dealer principals, F&I managers, customers, and VFS leadership to develop financing solutions that balance risk and business growth.

The role is on-site in Greensboro, NC, reporting to the Manager Retail Credit, with a focus on credit decisions, risk assessment, and portfolio reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business or accounting.
• Strong financial analysis skills including financial statements and cash flow.
• Experience making or supporting credit decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps including Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite commercial loan and lease transactions across industries and credit profiles.
• Evaluate customer financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, balance sheets, and PayNet reports.
• Structure transactions with down payments, terms, guarantors, collateral and risk mitigants.
• Partner with dealers, customers and sales teams to identify financing solutions while maintaining risk standards.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of credit requests and deliver timely credit decisions.
• Present clear credit recommendations and risk assessments to Retail Credit leadership.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, OFAC, documentation, collateral perfection, and credit policies.
