Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate credit analysis experience.
• Experience preparing credit memoranda is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and effective written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial statement spreading and write comprehensive credit analyses for new and renewing credits.
• Prepare industry research to support credit decisions.
• Review loan documents and ensure compliance with bank terms during closing and post-closing reporting.
• Maintain complete credit files and obtain updated financial statements from borrowers.
• Meet with clients and prospects to understand their business and financial condition.
• Provide credit administration support to manage risk and loan portfolio quality.
