Customers Bank in Malvern, PA is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst / Underwriter to join our risk team. You will prepare comprehensive written credit analyses and monitor borrower financials for commercial real estate lending.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years CRE credit experience, proficiency with nCino and Salesforce, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. This full‑time role requires a Bachelor's degree and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate credit analysis experience.
• Experience preparing credit memoranda is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and effective written/verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Perform financial statement spreading and write comprehensive credit analyses for new and renewing credits.
• Prepare industry research to support credit decisions.
• Review loan documents and ensure compliance with bank terms during closing and post-closing reporting.
• Maintain complete credit files and obtain updated financial statements from borrowers.
• Meet with clients and prospects to understand their business and financial condition.
• Provide credit administration support to manage risk and loan portfolio quality.
