Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst in Plano, TX to analyze financial statements, perform cash flow forecasting, and underwrite loan requests for commercial lending including real estate and revolving lines of credit. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to present findings to leadership.

The position is in-person at our Plano office with responsibilities spanning loan documentation, underwriting, and coordination

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) at beginner to intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan requests for new and existing relationships by analyzing financial statements, tax returns, CPA statements, bank statements, and other documents.
• Perform cash flow analysis and pro forma forecasting.
• Explain ownership structures clearly and assess security instruments based on risk.
• Present recommendations and financial analyses to the appropriate authority.
• Assist in UCC filings, searches, and notifications to ensure perfection.
