Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan requests by analyzing financial statements, tax returns, CPA statements, bank statements, and other documentation.
• Perform cash flow analysis and pro forma forecasting.
• Understand entity ownership structures and explain them clearly.
• Recommend security instruments based on risk and ownership structure.
• Present analyses and recommendations to appropriate authority.
• Manage UCC filings (filing, search and notification) to ensure perfection.
• Communicate with stakeholders through the underwriting process.
• Answer questions regarding financials, credit lines, and structure.
• Maintain stakeholder focus and meet service level commitments.
