Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage, a nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to support our Plano office. This in-person role will perform financial analysis for floorplan lines, floorplan buyouts and other commercial lending, including real estate and revolving lines of credit.

The position emphasizes underwriting, cash flow analysis and risk assessment, with collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan requests for new and existing relationships using financial statements, tax returns and other docs.
• Perform cash flow analysis, pro forma forecasting, and scaling.
• Understand entity ownership structures and provide clear explanations.
• Recommend appropriate security instruments based on risk and ownership structure.
• Present financial analysis to the appropriate authority level.
