Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Rental Credit Specialist to analyze creditworthiness across Rental, National Rental and FMG products. You will provide credit recommendations to local management to help grow sales while mitigating risk.

You will review credit reports, financial statements and TLSA/nfusion data, and you’ll work with multiple teams to implement action plans for high-risk accounts. The role includes documentation verification and daily mailbox support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or 3 years equivalent business work experience.
• Two+ years in commercial credit and financial statement analysis is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risks.

Responsibilities

• Review credit requests for new customers and expand lines for existing ones.
• Assess credit history, financial statements and risk; determine credit limits.
• Communicate with sales, collections and operations on high-risk accounts.
• Verify critical documentation and security is received from customers.
• Assist with daily credit hold mailbox and ad hoc department tasks.
