Fremont Bank seeks a Commercial Credit Analyst in Livermore, CA to analyze financial data and entity documents for small business loan origination and renewals. You will prepare loan memoranda and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely loan delivery.

The role supports the bank's credit policy, underwriting guidelines, and portfolio monitoring, with opportunities to participate in special projects and growth within existing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Some college-level work in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of two years banking experience in administrative/analytical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting at meetings.
• Ability to deliver excellent service to teammates, sales staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Run and Analyze Personal Credit Reports.
• Spread Tax Returns and Business Financial Statements.
• Analyze Personal Financial Statements.
• Collect and manage financial information and legal/entity documentation to complete loan packages.
• Review borrower credit, including credit reports and tax returns.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators for portfolio loans.
• Process commercial credit card applications.
• Work with branches and private bankers to develop new and existing relationships.
• Understand and follow bank credit policy and underwriting guidelines.
• Participate in the credit administration team from loan start to close.
• Handle special projects as requested by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
