This Senior Corporate Counsel role demands a proactive attorney balancing risk with commercial goals within a worldwide organization.

The position emphasizes negotiating complex contracts including O&M, DBOM/DBFOM, and EPC, leading amendment work, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• 10+ years of legal experience in contracts, service agreements, or project delivery.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating O&M, EPC, and similar contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and advise on NDAs, MOUs, and LOIs for opportunities.
• Review bid and RFP responses and provide legal counsel.
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, focusing on O&M, DBOM/DBFOM, EPC.
• Manage contract portfolio using templates and frameworks.
• Assess risk and support deal lifecycle discussions with stakeholders.
• Lead amendment drafting and manage alternate forms.
