Motorola Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support our global legal team. You will draft and negotiate transactional agreements, manage contract processes, and advise on legal risk to protect business interests.

This role requires a JD, bar admission, and at least two years of corporate legal experience in tech-related matters. You will collaborate with product, sales and procurement teams, draft responses to RFPs, and help shape contract templates while ensuring regulatory

Formación

• JD required and bar admission in at least one state.
• 2+ years in corporate transactional, contracts negotiations and/or commercial matters.
• Experience with software licensing, hosted environments, telecom or IP a plus.
• Ability to identify potential legal issues and provide pragmatic solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, edit and negotiate routine transactional agreements (sales, licensing, SaaS, SOWs).
• Manage contract documentation and approval flows consistent with internal processes.
• Assist with contract disputes and settlement drafting.
• Research and respond to legal inquiries related to contracts and regulatory issues.
• Provide counsel to advance business objectives while ensuring compliance and risk controls.
• Maintain and update contract templates for efficiencies and consistency.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of specialized areas and trends.
