Job summary

Stord is actively seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its fast-growing commercial contracting efforts. You will review, advise, and negotiate customer, partner, and vendor agreements while collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Product to move deals efficiently.

The role requires agility, strong legal judgment, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a high-growth environment, including governance of playbooks and AI-assisted review tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with commercial transactions in ecommerce or logistics.
• Experience drafting and negotiating warehousing and logistics contracts with business judgment.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and execute customer, reseller, partner, and vendor agreements.
• Refine contract playbooks and guardrails to drive speed and consistency.
• Build contract management infrastructure with templates and workflows.
• Advise sales and business teams on deal structure and risk.
• Serve as legal point of contact for Sales and Partnerships.
• Stay up to date on relevant industry, privacy and compliance issues.
