The role works within Stord Legal and with the business team to align objectives, mitigate risk, and enable rapid deal velocity. A self-starter with experience in high-growth environments is favored.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with commercial transactions in ecommerce or logistics.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and resolving issues in warehousing and logistics contracts.
• Ability to manage a contract portfolio in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Partnerships to review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts.
• Own and refine contract playbooks and negotiation guardrails for speed and consistency.
• Support contract management infrastructure, including templates and workflows.
