Experience with AI-based contract review and digital legal tools.

Responsibilities

Review, negotiate and draft commercial contracts for assigned client groups or divisions.
Handle pre-litigation disputes and supervise outside counsel in litigation or ADR.
Provide advice on contract law, compliance, and company policies.
Support audits related to data privacy, cybersecurity and information security.
Liaise with ACO Legal colleagues on specialized matters and participate in corporate transactions.
