Firm Advice is seeking an innovative, self-starting commercial contracts attorney licensed in the UK to assist a top AmLaw 50 firm on a remote, temporary basis. You will draft and negotiate complex procurement and sales contracts and manage the contracting process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate holds a Solicitor or Barrister licence in England and Wales with 5+ years’ experience in drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts across goods and services.

Overview

Firm Advice is conducting a search for an innovative, self-starter commercial contracts attorney who is licensed in the UK (Barrister / Solicitor) to assist a highly regarded AmLaw 50 law firm on a remote, temporary / interim basis. This individual will draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions for procurement and sale of goods and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a unique, collegial firm in a flexible work environment.

Compensation

Base pay range: $80.00/hr - $125.00/hr this range is provided by Firm Advice. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience —
