Firm Advice is seeking an innovative, self-starting commercial contracts attorney licensed in the UK to assist a top AmLaw 50 firm on a remote, temporary basis. You will draft and negotiate complex procurement and sales contracts and manage the contracting process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate holds a Solicitor or Barrister licence in England and Wales with 5+ years’ experience in drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts across goods and services.

Qualifications

• Must be a Solicitor or Barrister licensed to practice in England and Wales.
• 5+ years’ legal experience drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions for procurement and sale of goods and services.
