The attorney will handle high‑volume contracting, negotiate with counterparties, advise business teams, and work on technology, licensing, and other commercial agreements. Prior in‑house or private practice experience preferred.

The Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney will independently manage a busy contracting workload, negotiate with counterparties, advise business teams, and handle a variety of technology and operational agreements. Typical matters may include technology-related agreements, licensing, consulting arrangements, publishing/content agreements, and other operational contracts. The attorney also will work with existing contract templates and internal legal resources, help improve contracting processes and technology, and provide legal guidance to non-legal business teams.
