Overview

Firm Advice is conducting a search for an innovative, self-starter commercial contracts attorney who is licensed in the UK (Barrister / Solicitor) to assist a highly regarded AmLaw 50 law firm on a remote, temporary / interim basis. This individual will draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions for procurement and sale of goods and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a unique, collegial firm in a flexible work environment.
