Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant commercial contracts experience.
• Strong enterprise transactional experience, ideally within technology or software.
• Experience with AI, legal technology, and workflow optimization.
• Active and in-good-standing license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.

LOD is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney to support a technology, software, and telecommunications client.

Location: Fully Remote

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Pay: $105/hour

Start: October 2026

Duration: 6+ months, with potential for extension

What You’ll Do:

• Handle high-volume enterprise commercial transactions and contract negotiations.
• Partner with sales and business teams on deal support and practical legal guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of relevant commercial contracts experience.
• Strong enterprise transactional experience, ideally within a technology or software environment.
• Experience or demonstrated fluency with AI, legal technology, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to work independently and shift between priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active and in-good-standing license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
