Job summary

Ericsson, a leader in Enterprise Wireless Solutions, is seeking a Commercial Contract Director to manage the full contract lifecycle across the Americas. You will drive governance, risk management, and strategic commercial decisions while building strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery.

This hybrid role supports Plano, TX (preferred) or Boise, ID, with opportunities to influence contract terms and leverage digital tools to improve processes across a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Law, Business, Finance or related field.
• At least 7 years of commercial contract management experience.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships across all levels.
• Strong ability to prioritize and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with CLM systems, governance tools, analytics platforms or automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractual point of contact for BEWS, managing end-to-end lifecycle.
• Provide strategic contract guidance aligned with objectives and governance.
• Partner with Sales to identify contractual risks early and support strategic positioning.
• Build cross-geo relationships to enable smooth contract execution.
• Collaborate with Commercial Management, Legal, Finance and Sales on terms and conditions.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policies and approvals.
• Apply proactive problem-solving with digital tools and continuous improvement.
