ARCO/Murray Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-25+ years of construction leadership to drive field operations from preconstruction through project completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and subcontractor coordination to meet project specs and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a project lead Superintendent
• Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning before construction
• Prepare a schedule of construction activities and their sequence, organization structure, staff, and resource requirements
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and time schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any schedule changes
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs
• Review and approve requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and other reports
• Cooperate with owner representatives to keep them informed of progress
• Hold site meetings with project manager and regional manager to update on progress and issues
• Maintain a daily diary recording significant project facts and approvals
• Adhere to the company safety program in all phases and areas
• Demonstrate leadership and conflict resolution as needed
• Act with integrity to support company values and meet customer requirements
