Job summary

GPAC LLC. is seeking a Superintendent to manage projects in the Albuquerque area. You will lead the jobsite from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule progress, and built-to-standard quality on a portfolio of commercial projects.

You will supervise subcontractors, maintain the project schedule, coordinate deliveries and inspections, and drive OSHA-compliant safety practices while addressing RFIs and field issues. Turnover to owners and closeout will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations on commercial projects.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate deliveries.
• Knowledge of RFIs and site QA.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations and supervise subcontractors and trades.
• Build and keep the project schedule, and coordinate deliveries and inspections.
• Lead jobsite safety and keep the site OSHA-compliant.
• Control quality, work through RFIs and field issues, and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Handle punch lists, closeout and turnover to the owner.
