Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction superintendent; commercial construction superintendent.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, including plans, specifications and other technical data.
• Coordinate/manage subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and field staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead site safety, quality assurance, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain 4-week production schedule with PM.
• Identify deviations in construction documents and resolve conflicts.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and safety weekly meetings.
• Prepare daily reports and manage project documentation.
