Job summary

HB Construction in Albuquerque is seeking Senior Superintendents for our commercial projects. You will oversee site operations from pre-construction through project close, partner with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and on budget, and ensure health and safety compliance.

You will lead field teams, manage meetings, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and reporting while building strong client and subcontractor relationships to meet project

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor and manage all work progression from pre-construction through project close
• Partner with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget
• Monitor health, safety and OSHA requirements
• Oversee site labor ensuring quality performance
• Use metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability and identify improvements
• Lead safety, pre-construction, foreman and team meetings with robust notes and action items
• Provide updates and maintain documentation to support informing the Project Manager
• Identify value-added opportunities to meet client and stakeholder goals
• Monitor client satisfaction and maintain strong sub-contractor relationships
• Pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from clients and stakeholders
