Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience required.
• Experience as a Commercial Superintendent or similar leadership role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and field operations.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure progress according to timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Review plans and documents to identify potential issues before impact.
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and coordinate upcoming work.
