• Experience overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through close.
• Ability to work with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Experience monitoring health, safety, OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor and manage all work progression per construction responsibilities matrix from pre-construction through project close.
• Partner with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Monitor and/or manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements.
• Oversee and manage all project site labor ensuring quality performance.
• Utilize metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability, and identify improvements.
• Lead safety, pre-construction, foreman, and team meetings. Maintain robust meeting notes and hold team members accountable to their assigned action items.
• Provide consistent updates and maintain accurate documentation to support keeping the Project Manager informed.
• Identify value added opportunities to meet and/or exceed client and stakeholder goals.
• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure that strong sub-contractor relationships exist.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from and/or through clients and stakeholders.
