The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, proven project leadership, and strong knowledge of plans, specs, and scheduling. Proficiency with construction management software and reliable transportation are required.

• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and technology.
• Ability to identify and resolve field issues independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
